Hi, Pete and Raeline,
It’s really good to read your news every night, and good to know you are all well and enjoying your time. I wish I was there too, it’s a place I wanted to go when I was in Thesaloniki many years ago, over twenty years ago! Went to Delphi to see Roman ruins, could see mount…..? from there. I remember that was an interesting area to visit. The city was not really interesting, very grey, the trafic was cheotic, the drivers didn’t follow the rules. Glad you didn’t get a rental car.
Look forward to hearing your next stories.
Love Robbie

hi
great to hear of your recent doings. You sure are seeing some interesting history still there to actually be able to have contact with it.
the monastries must be really something and you would see the wisdom of starting at the top and doing your thing on the hill. All well here, send us about half your temperature. Woke to a covering of snow this morning. Looking for the spring. Love to you both dadxx

Hi! Good to hear you are in London and all is well. Phoned and spoke with Carol just to say a hello and let you know all is well. So you are in London. I’ll bet it is easier on your hands and arms now when communicating with the natives. You will find it is easier using your tongues! I thought the Queen would have invited you in to tea and little cucumber sandwiches. Go well in Scotland. Love Dadxx

Hi Its me and I am glad to see you are having such a good time and seeing so much of interest. Your time in London seems to have been packed with interest. Rae you are keeping up your mother’s love of train travel and ferris wheels. Hope you had a good look at Dingwall and when in Alva you will see the Ochils and see if you can fit the tune in with the scenery. I enjoy the daily epistle and thinking of your travels. Love. Dad xx

I was very interested in your blogs? about Scotlend and can visualise from travel brochures, travel maps & comments and from Hec & Joyce speaking of their visits. The photos etc you bring home will confirm my thinking or maybe not. Did the Northern lights of Aberdeen put on a good display? Nice you saw some of the places and things we have heard about. My Mum’s uncle Andrew was a coachman at castle and I have an idea it was Sterling.
Hope France was up to expectation. All the language I know is ‘ OO-LA-LA’ Thanks for your emails. I will respond separately. Bye -good travelling. You card arrived yesterday. Thanks. Bless ya Dad xx
