What a trip! I feel like i've been on your trip myself, such is the great detail you espouse. Minus the airports and stresses of travel.
Thanks again for sharing things. See you soon Longservice!

Speaking with you this morning before I went to work (8/9), it sounds like you had another great day. It's always great to get out of the big cities and see some of the country side. Last time we were in Portugal it was great to go North to there other house which is in a lovely old village. paulo remembers going there as a kid and has really fond memories.
Hope you have a great trip home, enjoy the rest on the plane! Love d xx

Ola ola, boa tarde from New Zealand.

Great to hear all these stories. Como vai?

Gorgeous day here. Sunday seems to be in the right place for the 7 day cycle nice day at the moment. Had a band prakky and surf just then. Rache at work. We had our second photoshoot yesterday and the spiltMILK boys clothes are up on the site and the girls are in some photos too. Check out Tuli and Margie, so cute, in the cowkid shirt photos. www (dot) spiltmilk (dot) co (dot) nz.

ps. Steph, if you move to Welly next year you'll be able to talk to them in person daily ;-)

AWESOME! Really interesting reading. Can't even begin to imagine what it's like not being able to be understood - but i suppose (with Paulo in mind) it would be hilarious! The adventures you're having sound great and sounds like you're being well looked after and really experiencing 'true' portugese life. Just how it should be! It is hard to imagine you'll be home next week! And it's a busy weekend for you next weekend too... you will come back changed im sure from all the experiences you have had!
As selfish as it may seem - really looking fwd to being able to have phone contact with you again so hurry home :)
Love Steph

I was very interested in your blogs? about Scotlend and can visualise from travel brochures, travel maps & comments and from Hec & Joyce speaking of their visits. The photos etc you bring home will confirm my thinking or maybe not. Did the Northern lights of Aberdeen put on a good display? Nice you saw some of the places and things we have heard about. My Mum's uncle Andrew was a coachman at castle and I have an idea it was Sterling.
Hope France was up to expectation. All the language I know is ' OO-LA-LA' Thanks for your emails. I will respond separately. Bye -good travelling. You card arrived yesterday. Thanks. Bless ya Dad xx
